This policy applies to DrArielOrtiz.com, the professional and academic headquarters of Dr. Ariel Ortiz®. Clinical inquiries are routed to ObesityControlCenter.com, which maintains its own privacy notice. This site does not deliver medical care and does not collect protected health information (PHI).

We collect only information you voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, email, organization (optional), inquiry type, and message. We also collect standard, aggregated website analytics (page views, referrers, device class) using privacy-respecting tooling.

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, route it to the correct team (media, academic, professional, or patient services at OCC). Analytics are used to improve content and structure. We do not sell personal information.
